1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the GTR888 platform, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization or other entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind that entity to this agreement. GTR888 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. 2 Member Eligibility

To register and use gtr888 services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Not on any self-exclusion list or gambling ban imposed by any relevant authority
• Register on a personal basis and not under the direction or coercion of any other party
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration
• Hold only one (1) active account at any time – duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately

GTR888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including national ID, passport, or other supporting documents for compliance purposes. Fund withdrawals may be put on hold until the KYC process is completed.

3 Registration & Account Security

When registering an account, you are required to provide your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. This information is used for identity verification, payment processing, and account-related communications.

You are fully responsible for:

• All activities that occur in your account, whether with or without your knowledge

GTR888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from a user's own negligence in protecting their login credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and will be displayed during the withdrawal process
• GTR888 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawals that exceed a specified amount
• Any taxes or charges imposed by banks or payment providers are the sole responsibility of the member

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

General terms applicable to all bonuses at gtr888:

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Any form of money laundering through gaming activities on the platform
• Providing false or misleading information to gtr888 under any circumstances

In cases where winnings are obtained through means that violate these terms, GTR888 reserves the right to void such winnings and suspend the relevant account without any compensation.

7 Account Termination & Suspension

GTR888 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe
• Suspicious activity or activity that potentially compromises platform security
• Instructions from relevant authorities or law enforcement bodies
• Self-exclusion withdrawal requests submitted by members themselves

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded once standard security checks have been completed.

8 Liability Limits

GTR888 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of:

• Service interruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance
• Game outcomes that are unsatisfactory to the user
• Losses arising from unauthorized account access due to user negligence
• Processing delays caused by third parties including banks and payment providers

Under all circumstances, GTR888's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.
